I had an exceptional stay at Milano Verticale. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. The property itself is stunning: modern, elegant, and incredibly well maintained. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything about our experience—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and effortless, thanks to the professionalism and warmth of the team. It's clear that great care is taken to ensure every guest feels valued. Milano Verticale is more than just a hotel—it’s a true hospitality experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

STAFF: the staff we interacted with were absolutely amazing. From the lovely young gentleman who checked us in (and whose kind gesture made our stay), to the bellhops to the sweet young lady who checked us out to the restaurant host who greeted us with a smile on his face every morning. Management did an excellent job in choosing their staff. HOTEL ROOM: well furnished (and newly furnished by the looks of it) suite with comfortable beds/bedding, shower facilities and toilet facilities (including the bidet). LOCATION: the hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants, some clothing shops and is not too far away from the city centre.

Great hotel in a great location. Located in a modern district. A few steps from the metro station and also not far from the Milano Centrale station. Within a 20-minute walk you can safely reach the Duomo or other main attractions of Milan. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms, spacious and clean. Large bathroom. Daily service. View from the window on the 8th floor of the modern buildings in the area. Hotel staff very nice and friendly. The breakfast selection is very large and the meals are delicious. I recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience.
